Hdfc - Fraud done by HDFC employee agents

Hdfc employees/ agents were calling me again and again for transfer of loan amount from India bulls housing finance limited to their bank. Lastly, I have agreed to transfer the same. They have collected all required documents and two cheques of date Jan **** bearing an amount of Rs **** & Rs ****.
They have ensured that cheques and documents will be returned back if the loan is not approved/transferred. At last, the loan was not approved, documents weren't returned where's immediately they have redeemed my both cheques and the amount was deducted from my account in Jan itself.
I requested several times to return my documents and amount. They were ensuring me they will return me. But they failed to do so. In view of the above, it's my humble request to you to direct them to return my documents and amount with harassment charges. So that they should not cheat anybody else. Hdfc employees /agents involved are as under
