Creative Services - Fraud done by company

I applied for a job interview for the teaching position uploaded by Creative Services Consultation Centre ( S.C. Services ) in Indeed. I passed the interview and I was asked to deposit Rs. **** as security money which they said was refundable. I paid and I was told that I would get schools after some days. Then I waited. When things didn't go as it was told even after ** days. So I asked for refund in my Paytm Account. The Human Resource Executive, Nitin Singh took my details and said I would get my money in a week. But he didn't refund it. Next week I called him again and he asked the same details which he had already taken. I was amazed! But then also I gave again. Still not refunded. Then I waited for more than a month. After that, he and his associates have been avoiding my calls. Their details are:
