SHREE RAM TOUR & TRAVEL - Fraud Compliant against Travel Agent

FYI please I have called Just Dial helpline on **th August'** with regards to booking my air ticket. "Shree Ram Tour & Travel” New Delhi (Mobile Number +**-**********) called me and booked my **th Sept'** Bangkok- Delhi return ticket (ENCLOSURE-*) through this agent by online bank transfer of Rs. **,***/- to their ICICI bank account (ENCLOSURE-*A & *B). Received air ticket on **th August'** evening from raikaushal**@gmail.com email Id (ENCLOSURE-*). Checked that time online in Thai website and found PNR was ok. On **th Sept’** night when I have checked the status of my ticket it was showing cancelled (ENCLOSURE-*) and got confirmation from Thai Airline helpline number also. Immediately I have discussed with Shree Ram travel and finally he has told me to book another ticket on **rd Sept'** and promised to refund my money but not refunded till now even number of calls and what sup message. Ultimately I have booked my ticket on **rd Sept'** by paying Rs.**, ***/- i.e., Rs **,***/- extra amount and still waiting for my money paid to Shree ram Travel. Getting daily false promises and extending online bank transfer refund deadline. Request to take appropriate action against "Shree Ram Tour & Travel" New Delhi (ENCLOSURE-*) to save others from such type of fraud and get me justice.
