Gencorp INC - Fraud Complaint against a car dealer

I bought a car in Nov '** from GENCORP INC, **-A, Mehar Chand Market, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi, Delhi ******. (regd off). The deal was done at their stockyard in Basement Level-*, MGF Mall, Saket by DEEPAK CHOUDHARY( *****-*****). There were some issues with the car which came to my notice the very next day and the same was raised with Deepak immediately which were hidden deliberately by him. He promised to get all the issues sorted out at their in house workshop in Ghitorni but till date that also has not been done after me following up for the last * months now!!! Adding to it Deepak has still not got the RC transferred onto my name after continously following up with him!!! A RTGS of Rs **,**,***/- was done by the bank and Rs *****/- was paid by me via NEFT too. And a amount of Rs *.* Lacs was spent by me on change of all tyres which were in a total worn out condition,paint job of the car, Insurance, Car servicing, Wrap and PPF, speakers and dampening etc. I spent that amount with an understanding that the RC will get transferred in my favour and I would be able to enjoy the benefit of the car as a owner. In the absence of the RC in my name I even cant get the benefit of insurance should there be any untowards events like theft of or accident. Also I am getting notice from the bank to either close the loan in the failure of submitting the Hypothecated RC or submit the copy of the same.
