- Fraud by travel agency Tour by Nature ^Open

We friends were planning for a trip to kerela on *th December **** so we google the travel agency in India there we find out one tour by nature they were having their own site. There was a requirement form on their site we filed that form after that I received a call from thev about the package, itinerary the advance amount to be paid and many more stuff.
After discussing with my friends we decide to book from them so they were asking for **k advance amount so it was a big amount for us as we are students so we talked to them and convince them to pay **k before the booking of hotels and cab and after that we will send remaining **k. So after sending him **k he gave us the booking details for the hotel through booking.com we trusted him and send him the remaining **k. But after some days we get to know that all the booking money has not been pay they are all pay at property booking. From then we are trying to contact them and they are not replying my mails nor picking up my calls.
As **k is very big amount for me. And now our tour date is coming closer and we have no money left with us.
