I took their connection for * months. I told them after * months what will be the procedure for discontinue the services. They told our operator will come and will take our device. That's it.
After * months their services didn't stop. On asking they said you didn't drop an email. So you have to pay **** rs. I paid. Now again the bill is generated and asking to pay *** rs. when I didn't used even a single kB, why should I've to pay.
On saying I won't pay. they say we'll take you to the court. please look into the matter and help me.
