Juteberry.com - Fraud by the Juteberry Exports Prop

I had placed an order with Ankush Agarwal of Juteberry Export currently operating his firm from *** Cotton Street *nd Flr Kolkata ****** for **** jute bags on *st April. I had contacted Mr Ankush Agarwal through Indiamart.com.
On *st April ****, I inquired about **** pieces of drawstring Jute Bags for dimensions: *" x *.*". On *rd April he shared a PI for ₹****/- (including taxes and delivery fee) for the same via WhatsApp as well as an email requesting the payment in full. He kept assuring me that the work would be done on a priority basis. I was promised a sample bag to be shown the very next day i.e. *th April, production starting only if I agreed with the sample. Delivery was promised in full by the week's end i.e. *th of April, so I made the payment in full to the following Bank account.

I asked him for an update every single day after the payment was transferred but he kept delaying with absurd reasons every time but since he received all my calls promptly I didn’t question his authenticity.
On **th April he said that he has dispatched the consignment and will share the courier details, no sample picture shared even till today. He didn’t even have my full address to which he said he took the address from the GST portal which was odd. He insisted the consignment was dispatched and was sharing the details.
At the end of the day upon not receiving any details, I search to google ‘Juteberry’ in hopes of finding someone else’s number so I can talk and sort this out but came across the various complains people have filed online against Juteberry and Ankush Agarwal some of them are international too. I came across Voxya through one of the complaints.
On **th April he agreed that he can't deliver the goods and offered a refund which I agreed to (have call recordings). It’s been ** days now I haven’t gotten any details about the so-called “consignment” neither does he give a refund. He shared a fake transaction ID with me saying that the payment is done, but it's not reflecting in my account. Upon calling repeatedly he picks the call and says, I am doing the transfer and calling you in **mins but he never calls back, doesn't message or hasn't shared an update.
Mr Ankush is running an elaborate scam through the following organization with the intention of fraud.
I have all call recording of every conversation with him from **th April **** and have attached all details about him and his order. Please help me retrieve my funds as it is causing loses for my new firm and giving me mental stress. I have attached all information about Ankush Agarwal below please check.
