I purchased a car in an auction from SBI RACPC * VISAKHAPATNAM on April **, ****. It's been * months but there is no response from them regarding the TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP . I submitted the required documents for the TOKEN to be generated a month ago and contacted them a number of times but still there isn't any update from their side. I am facing many difficulties when I took the vehicle outside because of lacking the RC book and other claims.
