ICICI Bank Limited - Fraud by ICICI Bank

I am a mihir, Opened salary account with ICICI Bank in December ****. On January **,****, my account was debited Rs. ***.**. When I called the bank, I was told that a special debit card has been debuted in your name, whose charge has been debited. But I said that I did not apply for any card, then he said that when the account was lost, the card was applied for at the same time. Similarly, Rs. ***.** was debited from my account on ** January ****. Then when I talked to the bank, they said that apply for another card.
