Bajaj finserv - Fraud by Bajaj Finserv

The dispute is regarding the Flexi loan account P***PSP******* opened against my name by presenting misleading facts by Bajaj Finserv sales team from ** October **** to **th October ****.
It started with Bajaj Finance sales representative Ritesh (+************) he was using email account manish.kumar*@bajajfinserv.in. He called said that under the Diwali festival offer only stamp duty of *** rs is charged and the remaining amount of loan will be available for me to draw under Flexi loan account.
Further he said there are no Foreclosure charges on the loan amount and I need to pay interest only on the amount I withdraw. If I do not withdraw any amount they no charges will be levied. ​I believed them and went ahead with the offer.

On **th October **** they tricked me by getting the OTP number from my mobile saying it for verification, instead I think they used it to initiate online agreement. Also when I asked questions about the amounts mentioned in the attachment to one Mr. SHIVBASU KARIHOLI(shivbasu.kariholi@bizsupporta.com, +**-**********) and MR.Ritesh (+************) , they both mislead me stating that those are just the standard format and just a proforma and the festival offer will kick in once I click on the "I agree" button. Again I believed them. On the same day a Bajaj Finserv person (premakumar.m@bajajfinserv.in) personally met me and wanted a selfie with my ID card, during his visit he insisted that I have to share an OTP to proceed with the application, when I was went inside to get the ID card, I saw that he has taken my mobile under his control without my consent and he has taken the OTP. I took my phone back and took a photo of the personnel. He kept giving excuses for taking the OTP saying it is the norm. The same incident I also reported to Bajaj Finserv but no action was taken.

Later, nobody called and no follow up and no mails. I wondered what happened when will I get the loan amount. I installed Bajaj Finserv app only to find that apart from the ***rs stamp duty, they have charged additional amount of *****rs. Later, I also found that if i do not withdraw the amount then also they will charge me for not using the amount and Foreclosure charges was like *****rs. I realized I was duped.
I immediately raised a concern with Bajaj Finserv by mailing them at wecare@bajajfinserv.in and calling their helpline number ********** to cancel the whole loan account. But no action was taken, instead they kept insisting that it is as per the agreement, when I told them that they got the agreement by fraudulent means they wanted voice recording of their sales rep, or any other evidence to substantiate my allegations.
Unfortunately I did not have any.
There upon a Bajaj Finserv personnel Sumit (+** **********) called me and promised to get the loan amount cancelled for a bribe of ****rs. I never agreed and asked him *st get the account cancelled then we can talk. He said he will check and come back but never followed up.

I want the Flexi loan account cancelled. I have not taken any amount from them, but they are trying to recover the processing fees and other fees from me.
Goons\recovery agents are calling on my mobile to recover the amount, I fear they will start visiting my home and harass me.
Inspite of raising many complaints with Bajaj Finserv, they are not ready to cancel the loan account. I am being harassed both mentally and Financially.
How can I get justice?
