 - Fraud by a travel company Open

I am from Meerut (U.P.). I wanted to go Leh Ladakh by bike so I joined two groups on facebook first Leh Ladakh road trip ****-** and second Ladakh return. I searched for packages so I found a good package this was from the roomie trip. It was a total of Rs ***** for one person.
It was ** July they WhatsApp me their package and said that only one seat is available so please deposit the token amount of Rs **** so I deposited Rs **** (google pay). They did not mention anything about all payment in advance but after two days they send me a mail and WhatsApp that I have to pay all payment in advance. I requested them that I will pay half in advance and another half on arrival but they said no you have to pay all in advance. I have to pay Rs ***** on ** July and Rs ***** on ** Aug.
On **th July I paid Rs **** and said I don’t have money in the bank so I will pay rest **** in one or two days then they said that if you don’t pay today we will cancel your trip and forfeit the money they mailed me. So next day I told them that I can pay rest Rs **** now and they agreed so I deposited Rs ****. Then they mail me that I have to deposit Rs ***** as security of bike which is refundable again I told them that this was not mentioned in your package but they mailed me that “Still for your reference, you can check we have clearly mentioned in package anything not mentioned in the inclusions is an exclusion.”
I thought that I have been trapped and if I don’t pay, they will forfeit my whole amount so by any means I deposited Rs ***** on ** Aug. and Rs ***** for security on ** Aug.
In between, I requested them many times to provide me with any means of contact with other members but they didn’t give me. Now on ** Aug you know that there were multiple landslides between Delhi Manali route as well as in Leh to Rohtang routes both the routes were closed for at least three days so I mail them two times and also WhatsApp them but there was no answer so at last I called them to request that either postpone the trip or refund my money as much as you can because it is a natural calamity but they told that we have already paid for all things so we cannot refund any of my money you can come to Manali we have prepared your bikes and go.
As you know I was not able to set off to Manali by any means, therefore I asked them to cancel my trip and refund my security amount that was rs.**,***. I was not in a position to risk my life. They asked for my account number for further process and I do so. They made certain promises to me that they would transfer the money in *-* days but they didn’t stand on a single one. After that, they informed me that my money will be transferred to my account by * of September ****. I waited for the refund and by *th when I didn’t get any message for the transfer, I messaged them for the reason for the same. There was no respond the whole day. Not only this, I too invested some of my money on flight tickets that went wasteful. They made me suffer mentally for almost * and half month. As I suffered a loss of almost **,***, which indeed isn’t a small sum of money. After the whole mental torture and loss of that much amount, I am done with that and want to complain a case against roomie travellers for the same. I accept that the amount of rs.**,*** would have been used up by them for the trip preparation but the amount of security that they promised to refund was also not transferred by them.
These are some communication between me and Mr Sunil (account head of the rommie).
