Meesho is not providing me the refund and the transaction id of the manual refund done by them on **th August. They asked for my bank statement, which I provided them. But when i asked for the transaction id of their manual refund, they refused.
I have been running behind them for * months. All my mental and physical energy is exhausted. Even on calls, they are behaving rudely and every time they ask me to wait for **-** hrs.
On **th August they mailed me that I will be getting a refund of my money and they will be initiating a refund on **th August. But they have not initiated the refund and kept on asking for my Bank statement. I provided them with each and every detail of my case. Now they are telling me that they have done a transaction on *th August. But that transaction is of the money I got for returning the item, It was not for the double payment taken by the company. In total, I was charged **** rupees but they gave me only **** on *th august. The other **** are with them only and they have not returned. Today the customer executive Kajal called me and told me that we cannot refund that **** back. Then why have they told me that a transaction is done on **th august?
and when I ask for the transaction id they did not provide me that. If the company has promised me to return my money then they should return by hook or by crook. Meesho is not a small company and such mistakes from these companies are not applicable. Even though I have attached the double payment transaction id and its screenshot, I connected with google pay customer service to ask about it. They told me that the money has been credited to the beneficiary account, which means that the money is with Meesho only.

It takes a lot of mental stress to handle this.

Such a big company has Zero Ethics. Firstly they said we will refund the money for your extra transaction and now they are telling me why you did the double transaction. I don't know how many people have faced this SCAM BY MEESHO.

I want the refund of the money that Messho transacted on **th August. i.e ****.
