Fraud and Harassment by Myntra
This complaint is regarding a wrong product/fake product being delivered to me instead of Philips trimmer (*-*).
The product was delivered on **th October and on the same day a complaint regarding the same had been placed. On opening the package it was found that :
*. Original product was missing - Haircombs and Philips trimmer
*. Trimmer received is from some local brand named Kuber inside the Philips Box with a small used bottle.
An unboxing video of the product was also provided by me as evidence to support my complaint.
Even after placing multiple complaints and requests and talking to the escalation managers, my complaint was denied stating that the product was sent by Myntra in a sealed package and therefore my complaint stands rejected. When asked for dispatching details from their end, they say that it’s an internal matter and cannot be shared with the customer.
They are indirectly implying that the customer is making false claims regarding the product and it is the customer who must have tampered with the product.
Similarly, I had placed another order for * Maybelline lipsticks and a highlighter for ₹**** during the same sale instead of which I received a “Here and Now” jeans. The transparent packaging and barcode which is provided with every Myntra product was missing.
On placing a complaint for the same, a similar response that the product had been sent in a sealed and pristine condition was provided again and my claim was denied.
They have no other response apart from the fact that product was provided in a sealed package.
I have been associated with Myntra was the past *-* years and also belong to the elite customer category. This association is proof that I have never made any false complaints related to any product or caused any trouble to the company. But now accusing me of false claims, repeatedly denying my requests is stratight away harassment of the customer. The amount of mental suffering that I have been facing just to get the correct product or the refund is inexplicable.
I don’t understand that even after watching the unboxing video of the product, how can they deny my request. Did they even watch the video before coming to any conclusion. What if I had not made the video, they would have straight away blamed me for everything.
Request Voxya to look into this matter and help resolve the issue.
I have all the recordings with customer executives and the pictures and unboxing video of the product.
