go placement and RA solutions - Fraud and Duped

A job placement consultancy contacted me an individual called Mr. Rajat and a Mr. Rahul looked through my resume and arranged interviews with companies. I was charged the money for specific services like document and CV verification etc.
I have been asked to make another payment in the name of security to the company, without receiving any email or written communication from the company or the placement agency. I asked for a refund of the amount paid by me but they went back on there word and refused to pay me back the amount taken from me. Since then, my calls to both the individuals has either been dodged or I have been misled
