I had ordered (prepaid order, ***** INR) Dell laptop ****I*, *GB, *TBHDD on **'th May **** online through Flipkart and received damaged old laptop on **'th May **** instead of brand new Dell. This is a serious case of fraud and cheating with the customer by Flipkart.
This not only breaches of trust but case amounting to fraud. This is a serious issue hence requested Flipkart to look into it asap. Either Flipkart sends me a proper product or return my money. The issue has already been escalated with Flipkart and returns order has been placed.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
