Elite Group Of Loyalty Services - Fraud and cheating

By making false promises and cheating, they have taken a sum of Rs. *****/ (Forty-one thousand six hundred sixty-six only) from us.
First, they were at Pavani estate, Liberty, Himayathnagar Road, Hyd-****** and in this office, they cheated on us.
On **.**.**** we were at their office and by making false promises they said that they will give us a Holiday package in India. And for that, they had taken forcibly *****/- (Thirty-five thousand only), which we had paid from our credit card.
Again after that there representative Mr Raju Chawan (Rajnith Chawan) constantly calling us to pay more. Unfortunately, on **.**.**** we again paid ****/- to this fellow Mr Raju Chawan (Rajnith Chawan) but this time we gave him the money through Google pay.
But it's being quite * months they neither call nor given any payment receipts of our money in fact their own representative Mr Raju Chawan ran away from their office.
This elite services office at Pavani Estate is closed and they are now operating from Banjara Hills behind Care hospital with no banner, no registration number not even a poster of their official identity.
Kindly lodge a complaint against these evil creatures of our society so that no more innocent people being harassed by them.
The total amount we have paid to this company is *****/- (Forty One Thousand six hundred six only). Please help us to get our money back.
We have all the proofs of their documents, their fake promises call recordings and messages.
