Vivanta Vacation Club called me on **/**/**** at invited me at Landmark Hotel in Kanpur, U.P, where they brief me and my family about their Company (Mr. Amit and Mr. Rahul had given A plan to which we did not agree and then they have given me Discount and offers of International tours which includes * members *N/*D full Package(accomodation) with return ticket @******/- (plan also include other offers and tours) however we can't offered that amount right there, they with Mr. Manik said to pay about half the amount and rest to be paid through EMI. We paid *****/- and they promised to give membership card and detail next day, as we didn't recieved any welcome mail or membership, we called Rahul to which he said that you have to pay whole amount First then Company will give you membership, they also do not include offers as promised in their welcome mail as we continously chasing them through phone calls, Now they do not response to our calls, it seems they cheated us because now we are asking for Refund and send them email few times but they are not responding to our mails and calls. Now I want my money back and a file A case in consumer forum
