 - Fraud Air ticket confirmation Open

I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to Monrovia(Liberia)booking date **-Oct-**** traveling date **-Dec-**** and at the same time I had paid the total fare online as per the charges shown in the website by my credit card, just shortly after my booking while I was waiting for
the ticket confirmation to my mail I got a call from
the travalook agent and asked me to pay additional Rs.***** to confirm the ticket I was confused and stated that I already have paid the full fare of ticket according to the online purchase value, then they said you will not get ticket confirmation and will loose your
money paid then there was a bargaining and concerned loosing the money I obliged to pay Rs.***** extra. After two hours I received a booking confirmation on my mail, from the same day I was checking with the Ethiopian airlines website and my ticket booking was showing pending. Then I contacted Ethiopian airlines over phone and they informed that Mumbai Monrovia flights not operating on **th Dec **** as per the confirmation received from the agent, since the flight is not operating then I asked for a refund they replied to contact the travel agent, accordingly I contacted the travel agent (Travalook) and they said they will charge Rs.***** to Rs.***** as a cancelation fees I refused the offer since the flight was not operating by the airlines and I had already suffered loss on my scheduled domestic travel moreover I missed my important business meeting in Liberia.
I request you to kindly look on to this matter and take appropriate legal action to avoid this kind of fraudulent online activities in future.
