Codequest In - Fraud advertisment and No Refund and poor customer support

I took an Machine learning and Artifical intelligence course in codequest.in . When I started my course , I didn't like the teacher way of teaching and asked for a refund and they said that they will change my group with a new instructor and they did change my group but not the instructor as I said she is very poor in teaching and again requested an refund .They didn't reply to my messages and calls .so I threatened to complain so as to make them pay for my refund. While they said they will it has been * months and didn't even recieve my money and they still ignore my messages.
Codequest is bad and if not resolved through this portal.i am going to cybersecurity for fraudential details.
