Dear Sir,
I have already pay for my emi amount but they are doing deductions from my account for the same emi. My last emi date was */**/****, I had already paid advance cash payment to close my account but I was updated from Bajaj end , so again I had to pay on * may **** through net banking, but still it's not updated in their system. In not even mentioned in their statement what they sent me. Every month they try to withdraw money from my account, nach mandate trancation I had bear.
If customer has financial problems , He/She take weeks to pay you back or even he will not pay but my condition was different , as soon as got a call customer care about payment not paid, I said them to send me link of payment and I paid .It's system error though money was there in my account no Auto debit was done on * of every month .
Note :- This loan I haven't applied , without my confirmation they processed ,
