To Lenskar,
In **** January I have purchased frame along with gold membership. I purchase only frame because my old frame was broken and warranty was lapsed. Now again the same frame broken from the same place in box only. If you see my orders I have two frames so today when I checked my other frames after around * month in the same box, I found my frame is broken which I purchased in Jan-**.
I don't know how your frame are breaking without falling and its lying in the same box and same condition. Previous frame was found broken in same box after * month of not used and lying in the same spectacle box.
Now you will change the frame as it is under warranty?
Why you are not improve upon quality.
Please note that resolve my issue within * day else I will viral this email on social media and tag to your owner and brand.
Since last two times I have to suffer because of you and unnecessarily visit to your store and purchase new frame. Till when I have to keep visiting you because of such bad quality spec.
Please call me and resolve my issue within * days.
