Suvitas Holistic Healthcare Private Limited
- Fradualent Rehab Center Killed my Grandmother Open
Nagender Reddy filed this complaint against Suvitas Holistic Healthcare Private Limited on Aug 25, 2024
I am writing with utmost concern and disappointment regarding the tragic passing of my grandmother, Ms. Vedavathi Gondi, due to the horrible negligence in the care provided by Suvitas/HCAH/TCC. The lack of proper medical attention, including the wrong installation of a feeding tube and inadequate monitoring, led to severe complications such as aspiration pneumonia, organ failure, and septic shock, resulting in her untimely demise.
We possess a report from AIG stating the same, along with testimonies from patients and staff within Suvitas/HCAH/TCC, detailing the substandard treatment, particularly at TCC.
Despite the grave circumstances, we did not receive our refund yet and it has been over * year since my grandmother passed away. The facility is asking that we sign some document, a requirement which was not mentioned in our initial contract. This is totally unacceptable and illegal.
Now, we demand the full reimbursement of all payments made since December **** as Suvitas/HCAH/TCC completely failed us on our agreement's liability clause:
"The Representative/Resident understands that SUVITAS has agreed to take care of the Resident under good faith and shall make best effort to provide a safe and healthy environment suitable to the needs of the Resident and the Resident will be participating in various programs, activities, events and availing of facilities within the Facility, on a voluntary basis."
We are utterly shocked by the gross incompetence and false advertising displayed by Suvitas/HCAH/TCC.
Please initiate legal action against Suvitas/HCAH/TCC soon including these * culprits: vivek.srivastava@hcah.in
