I have taken loan against property in July-**** from Shriram City Union Finance. I reached them to foreclose my loan in April-****. They asked me wait till *-aug (** months since my first EMI). I again approached them after *-Aug-**. They said: *% foreclosure charges and *% if transferred to other bank. They are also insisting to share my sanction letter from other bank. I told them its in process. also, I questioned them, why I need to share my sanction letter with them. Most of time there is no response. Till date nothing has been concluded even after my repeated requests. I have sent ** requesting emails till date
