Well, I been using Supr Daily app for milk from over a year now. Suddenly, without even intimating, Supr Daily have made Supr access mandatory for Milk subscription.
When I reached supr daily customer care through chat, they replied - '
Vishal, we apologize for the inconvenience. To continue to ensure smooth deliveries to you, milk subscriptions now require a Supr Access membership. We have made this change so that we can continue to make seamless deliveries to you. With a membership, you will also be able to avail of unlimited milk & grocery deliveries with no service fees during the Supr Access period.
When I asked why? They replied 'Vishal, we apologize for the inconvenience. To continue to ensure smooth deliveries to you, milk subscriptions now require a Supr Access membership. My question is how can one force a customer to buy supr access? Customer should be given an option if they want to save money with supr access or pay extra without supr access.
Please someone look into it.
