I ordered a Yonex Mavis *** single Tube of Six shuttles from Prokicksports online on **th January **** for an amount of Rs. ***/- Prepaid. My order No was#*****.
I received my order on **rd January **** around **:** am so to say. And when I came to my room and cut open the package to my utter surprise I received Yonex Mavis with Black Cap. Since I play Badminton for nearly ** years or so I know that Yonex Mavis has * Shuttle variants namely RED, BLUE and GREEN. On receiving a black color Cap shuttle which look so odd and the shuttle shape and glue finishing was also haphazardly done, I reported at that very moment to your customer care number: **********. The guy receiving told me to send the photos by whatsApp on the same number. So I click some photos and sent it right then and there i.e. the same day ** minutes after I received the package on **rd January ****. The guy receiving told me he will get in touch by evening regarding my issue. But till the next two days I got no calls or message. But I tried calling several times say more than ** times during this * days but to no avail.
On the same day also, I submitted on your online store site for Return and Refund of which the details are here Return Request #*A*********** Status: Pending Approval Requested: ****-**-** Last Status Update: ****-**-** Refund Method: Refund. For this I got a computer generated mail reply as given here. In between this I tried calling the above number like **-** times but on the first * -* times ring went through but after sometimes it was switch off and block my number. So I check various other numbers from your site and got some numbers viz; **********, **********, ********** and mainly ********** respectively. I even sent all the photos of the received item wrongly on all the numbers where whatsApp was active and in the E-mail also i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
Today i.e. **th January **** after I made several calls and texting message on all the numbers given above, I got a call from ********** which was switch off all this time when I tried. The lady on the other side told me straight regarding my order we have check the store and there is no Black cap shuttle it must be wrong from your end and that we are ***% sure from our side. She also added we cannot do anything from our side and cannot help also. I told her nicely also Madam why will I lie to you when I received the Black cap Shuttle. I received the wrong one so put up complain, and that I am also ***% sure about my report. The lady put the blame on me i.e the buyer and hanged up the line without given me chance to speak also. And when I call back the next moment again the number is switch off so quickly.
So as a buyer from your Prokicksports my redressal is that why as a customer will I go to all the options wasting my time and energy for the wrong product I got? Is it my fault that I received a wrong product? Is it my fault that I bought from your online store? Forget refund your Store is not ready to return back and check the item also. So what actually is my fault as a buyer? Forget the money I paid but what kind of a image your Prokicksports is showing to me. The lady who called me, the tone also sounds guilty by association. Otherwise I don’t think if she really wanted to address the issue she will not hang up while I am speaking and then switch off the next moment.
And another number ********** which I contacted was a guy. He said he will help me out with the problem so I thought atleast someone is there to listen. But after communicating and telling him the details with proof of photos he too kept quiet and did not reply back anymore.
My only question to you is that why would I go all the trouble of sending you photos, message, WhatsApp, and this letter if I am lying to you for the wrong product I received? Where has all the accountability gone and why I am being subjected to such harassments for buying something and receiving something for which I have nothing to do?
