- Fonts App not available for download after purchase ^Open

I had purcahsed a Font named "Magistral Latin Cryllic Flipfont" From Google playstore. Developer of this Font App is Monotype (https://www.monotype.com/) Their Twitter Account is (https://twitter.com/monotype). However, after resetting my phone when I tried to search for the purchased Font App to install it on my phone again, I realized that the developer has removed this font app from Google playstore.
I contacted Google first as they are providing the platform for sellers to sell and for we customers to buy, to either get a download link or refund. They denied and put the blame on Developer. Then I contacted the developer (Email proof attached) and they said since they are not selling this font app so they cannot issue a refund and asked me to contact Google as it was sold on playstore.
Now, both of them sent me in a loop where nobody took the responsibility to help me with either a link to download the app or to refund. This is disgusting to note that Google is allowing developers to sell products and disappear with no trace. IF customer needs a help, the developer denies it and Google does not take into account and dumps it on the developer.
I need my Refund IMMEDIATELY...
