I asked for a cake a flowers to be delivered for my mother's birthday. Placed the order * days before the date. Paid extra for the timed delivery as well. They missed the delivery time completely. I tried called them - the phone is forever busy (probably kept off the hook, since I'm sure the customer service is as bad as the delivery service). I emailed them as well. The only response I got was "order is being prepared and will be delivered in the time slot selected". Height of stupidity to write this after missing the time slot entirely. Do no order from here. It's definitely a scam.
