I have purchased a product named oppo enco air pro * on dated **/**/**.After I received it I came to found that its charging cable was missing and the box seal was tampered.scratches on the product.so I placed return request by the customer care .But the logistic team refused to pick up the product by falsely saying that I refused to return at the time of pick up.so again I requested for return and it was picked up on date **/**/** but after pick up the delivery boy called me and told me that as the product was damaged it can't be returned..now it is harrasment for me since one month..They are just tweaking the issue and Flipkart even don't try to help me also..please sir look in to this matter. As I was suffering from last one month.
