I have purchased Mobile LeEco Le* through Flipkart online portal. My order and Instrument details.
LeEco LE* Rose gold **GB Le X***. Order No: OD******************. Now It is not in working condition from **.**.****. It is under warranty period so It is given to authorized service center of LeTV on **.**.****. It is in my local at First floor, Man Complex, Opp. Shree Ram petrol Pump, Anand Mahal Road, Surat, Gujarat, India. Job ID no JS***********. Still I have not received My mobile in working condition due to unavailable of Parts in Service center. They are telling after receiving, it can be repaired. Now I dont understand why it should be happened for the Branded and International brand. I am very dis appointed for Le* Mobile and Brand only due to service issue after sells. I have seen many complaints in search engine , blogs,and consumer complaint site. Only due to lack of services customers are suffered even the international branded mobile. Even there is no policy to give another mobile to customer as standby so at least they can temporary use..
what should i proceed for it. ??
As I talked with FlipKart Cust Care Sr Reprentative regarding that why they are sell and allow such items and company on flipkart who are not taking responsible for services after sells,
