I had booked tickets in **** for * family members to and fro mumbai to bagdogra using happyeasygo , flight spicejet. Due to covid all flights were cancelled and refund was provided by spicejet to the booking agency. I followed up with happyeasygo to refund me my money as I had a mail communication from spicejet stating that they have refunded the money. Happyeasy go refunded one way ticket fare and for return fare they said tht they are still following up with spicejet and now happyeasygo have even stopped replying to my mails.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
