I cancelled my ticket directly from the airline on **th March ****. Airline processed refund to Akbar Travels on **rd March ****.
After mailing multiple times, I got a reply from Akbar Travels on *th April, stating that my refund will get credited within ** days.
** days are over but my refund hasn't reached me yet.
