Kasi filed complaint against Yatra Com on May 14, 2020
I Have Booked A Flight Ticket Through Yatra.Com On *st Feb **** And As Soon The Covid** Scenario Became Deadly And The Lockdown Started Happening Across Globe, I Got My Ticket Cancelled On *th Mar ****. I Got An Email From Yatra That My Refund Will Be Processed In *-*working Days And When It Did Not Got Processed Till Now, I Wrote An Email To Yatra.Com And Also Spoke To Their Representative. I Was Given A Written Email Assurance That My Money Would Be Refunded Back
Eventually It Did Not Got Processed And I Did Not Received My Refund. Again Reached Customer Support On **th April, Yatra Management Told Me That It Will Get Refunded In *-* Days And Even They Provided Me A Screen Shot Of Some Email Telling That The Refund Has Been Processed In Their System. Today I Am Still Waiting And Till **th May ****, Still I Have Not Got My Refund And Everyday Yatra.Com Is Giving Me Wrong And False Assurance Of Processing My Refund.
This Has Cause Mental Trauma To Me And I Am Feeling Like Getting Cheated By Them. Inspite Of So Many Email And WhatsApp Communication Where They Have Promised To Get My Refund Processed, Still I Am Awaiting For The Same And Every Passing Day I Am Feeling Mentally Harassed By Their Continuous Lies And False Promises.
