Sub: Cancellation of booking for Flat No.D**/E in Minakshi Enclaves under construction by M/S D. S. Realtors and application for refund the booking amount of Rs.*,**,***.**/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only.
Sir, I have the honour to state that, on **.**.**** I have booked a *BHK flat no.D**/E in Minakshi Enclaves under construction by M/S D. S. Realtors measuring **** square feet. As a booking amount, Rs. *,**,***.**/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) was paid to you by me vide SBI cheque no.****** dated **.**.**** and your money receipt Sl. No.*** on **.**.****. In addition to that, a sum of Rs.*,**,***.**/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) was also paid to you through SBI cheques and your money receipt Sl. no.**** as an advance towards the installment as under –

It is to be mentioned that whereas I am willing to have housing loan finance from State Bank of India, the builder Minakshi Enclaves refuses to get me financed through any home loan facility from State Bank of India or any nationalised bank. The builder is ready for agreement if only if I take the LIC house loan finance which is not suitable for me regarding some personal issues.

Therefore, Sir, I request you to kindly take necessary action against the builder of M/S D. S. Realtors of Minakshi Enclaves. for getting the refund money of booking amount of Rs.*,**,***.**/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only as early as possible please. Your kind help is highly appreciated.
