I had purchased masterkey plan on Fitso App which included unlimited access to Gym, Yoga, Dance and other various racquet and ball sports. After Fitso being acquired by Cult, many facilities have been removed and Yoga and Dance have been removed from their portal dashboard without any alternatives or prior notice. I have * months of membership left and I have tried contacting both helpdesk( Fitso and Cult) but they are not responding with any positive or concrete answer. This is fraud and it feels like our money has been stolen from us.
