I hope this letter finds you well.
I am writing to draw your attention that I victimize of financial fraud on dtd **th and **st of Oct, **** by PAYTM PAYMENT BANK customer who was holding account number ************ with the IFSC code PYTM*******. He represented himself as Employee of SBI. The way he trapped me just sake of SBI Credit Card which I had applied on **th of Aug, **** which had not issued by bank. For reissue the credit card he called me with number
********** and hacked my Internet Banking of SBI Account ***********.
At first, he transferred Rs *** with transaction id ************ via INB IMPS*********** P*A XXXXXXX***PYTM eCHQ MOAINNEFZ* dtd on **th Oct,
****. Again, he transferred Rs ***** with transaction id ************ via INB IMPS*********** P*A XXXXXXX***PYTM eCHQ MOAIMYPAM* dtd on
**st Oct, ****.
After further doubt on **st Oct, **** I have blocked Internet banking facilities via Bank Tollfree and also reported to National Cyber Crime Portal instantly with acknowledgement number **************.
The investigation procedure as per SBI Bank competent authority is completed and bank replied The matter has also been forwarded to the Beneficiary Bank i.e. PAYTM PAYMENT BANK to mark hold and refund the amount on **th of Dec, ****. I received my SBI credit card on **th of dec, **** after a year.
The investigation procedure as per Cyber Cell is still active and they have already requested PAYTM PAYMENT BANK to freeze the beneficiary account for these unauthorized transaction.
I have also provided my KYCs, Cancelled Cheque and Bank Passbook to Cyber cell. They have also updated PAYTM PAYMENT BANK regarding same via mail with attached necessary documents.
Till date I have recovered only partial amount of Rs ****.** out of Rs *****. The amount of Rs **** put on hold dtd **th Oct, **** by cyber cell. I have also raised this issue to the RBI on the behalf of PAYTM PAYMENT BANK with complain number- N***************, N*************** and N***************. Also with the CPGRAMS with grievance number DEABD/E/****/*******. Also with the Nodal Officer Desk of PAYTM PAYMENT BANK with ticket id-**********. But did not received any satisfactory response by their end till date. Even they are trying to defend their account holder and denying for the further amount recovery.
I request you to help me in this concern because SBI and PAYTM both are denying by their end.
I hope you will consider it promptly.
