ALICE EV bike - Financial Fraud in shopping

Respected Sir This is with reference to a vehicle by the name of ALICE EV bike purchased from Mr Jitendra Patel owner of ALICE VEHICALS located at Alice E Vehicals Sachin Tendelkur Marg Govindpuri City Centre Gwalior MP GSTIN **GKEPP****C*Z* I the undersigned had purchased a bike under a scheme pay Rs ***** and get an E Bike worth *,**,*** and a one and a half tone AC free as mentioned in the document attached The rest of the amount would be financed by Bajaj Finance An amount of ***** and ***** equals to ***** was transferred to Mr Jitendra Patel against bike as only ***** was being financed by bajaj Finance Moreover an amount of Rs ***** more was transferred to Mr Patel’s account against the Air Conditioner The total amount transferred to Mr Jitendra Patel under the scheme was ***** Post the delivery of the Electric bike after ** days Mr Patel asked us to wait for some days for the Air Conditioner to be delivered in July which has still not happen as on date Owing to the delay in the delivery of the AC beyond the said month I decided to cancel the order of AC and get the amount Rs ***** back by this time I had already substituted to an alternate to AC The same was communicated to Mr Patel to which he agreed to transfer the ***** but it seems that his intentions are not to fulfill the commitment Therefore I request you to please look into the matter Mrs Noopur Rocque Care of Mr Eric David Alijah Bagh Shinde Ki Chhawni Lashkar Gwalior ******
