ICFAI University - Fees not refunded by institute.

I had taken admission in Ibs (Icfai university) Mumbai and paid my *st installment of ******Rs and *****Rs for securing admission in Ibs Mumbai and after few days I revoked my admission.

Due to financial and personal problems occuring in my family I revoked my admission in this college . After writing several mails and also had a talk with the authorities and they promised me I will get full refund of my installment that is *,**,***Rs and refund my deposit amount too of Rs **,*** after deducting mere amount .But unlikely all I got was Rs *,**,*** only compared to *,**,*** Rs. I also mailed earlier and informed authorities about this but no reply was there from their end .After promising me refund of full installment and deposit the admission team is backing away from their statements .
Also I am attaching the installment receipt for reference .
