With esteemed regards,
May I request your good self for refund of fee paid for Reg.No.*B.A.B.Ed/U.P.********** Sequence No.** in waiting list paid for *st year B.A.B.Ed course to be initiated for Academic Session-****-**.
Sir, on **/**/****, I appeared at the counseling session and after getting my documents verified as per instructions of your august office, I deposited the stipulated fee Rs.*****-/ immediately.
On the way back to home, my father's health condition deteriorated for heart problem during long journey from Ajmer to Shamli and he had to be hospitalized .Since, he is the only person who would help me in my further support to pay regular fee for four years and up & down expenses & the same is not physically fit. So, I hope that I would not be able to continue my studies with your esteemed institution under your supervision.
Your highness is therefore, earnestly requested to refund the fee after my decision of withdrawal from admission. Please, allot the seat to someone else, I would have neither claim nor objection.
