My fee for *th year B.tech (amount ******) was transferred through NEFT on **/*/**** through canara bank PUSA CAMPUS branch.but, the payment was done through an expired challan (which was of *rd year).
Amount ****** was neither recieved by my college bank account nor credited back to my account and also not in the Pusa Campus branch. It was struck in between.
It's been more than * months till now and the problem is not resolved.
Firstly the branch said that the amount is paid to college and asked me to get verified it from the college itself. I verified it but it was not recieved by college. I verified it many times as asked by bank branch. Then after bank staff mailed Canara Bank NEFT Cell MUMBAI.
Then, the Pusa Campus branch said that the amount is in a sbi account which will be reverted back to me but it is not reverted to me.
It's been too long I have been waiting.
So please help me out.
please do the needful as soon as possible.
