Samsung Electronics Croma - Faulty Washing machine Supplied Got breakdown in just 2 Days

I purchased Samsung **KG Front Load Washing machine from Croma on **.**.****.

They started Harassing since beginning, firstly they take ** Days for Installation. i Purchased washing machine urgently because my wife is pregnant and cant do laundry works
so After so many calls, they came for Installation after ** days of supplied and within just * days use my newly purchased Samsung washing has stopped working and show "*C Error". I register complaint on same day i.e, **.**.**** with Samsung as well croma too and same day Samsung Service Engineer visited my Home, inspect the machine and told me that there is manufacturing defects and you will get replacement.
After that day i called Customer care and they asked me to wait for ** Days, in mean time i have called many times to know the exact status of my Complaint and every time they told me that your request is under process and you will get replacement within ** days.
so after ** Days, i called again and asked for status but they dont have any update and asked me to have patience. i summarize my current situation that my wife is pregnant and how we got suffered because of this , but they have not taken any action so after that i wrote emails to Samsung Country service head on **.**.****.
After my mail, one of their Customer care Executive called me and told that your complaint is given to higher escalation team and they will resolved issue as soon as possible but even after * days neither i got replacement nor they have any update regarding same
