Flipkart Samsung - Faulty TV delivered by Flipkart

On **th Sep **, I purchased ** inch Samsung tv from Flipkart with having cost of **k but after discount it landed cost was **k. **th Sep.** I got the delivery and TV was installed on *nd Oct.** by Samsung technician. After * days of operation, we found some white patches on TV screen. I called the Samsung technician and he told me that there is some problem with the TV screen so we need to repair it.I denied for repairing as it is new and under return policy. On *thOct **, I requested flipkart & Samsung both to replace it but they are not replacing it or returning it. I filed complaint on consumer forum but still no improvement.
