I have purchased the Tata Safar (XZA+) from Data Motors, Khanna (Punjab) on **/**/**** of Rs. **,**,***/- (Rupees Twenty Three Lakh Eighty One Thousand Thirty Six Only).
First of all, my Car Registration was done after more than * month of constant follow-up which cost me more than Rs. **,***/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) for personal travels as I was unable to drive the car without RC.
Apart from this, this car is full of multiple faults. There are so many issues in the car which were highlighted to Tata motors via email. From last * months I am visiting tata motors service center to get them repaired but issues are endless and keep coming. Here are few of the major issues I have faced till now.
They have not done any pre-delivery checkup before delivery of this car. There was no water in the wiper water tank, No second key was available at the time of delivery, Mud Cards were not installed (despite getting extra charges), The Outer rubber finishing, Door issues, Dent in the car and other exterior finishing issues. Seems like they have sold an old car to me.
Infotainment system is faulty, and it got replaced after * months after several follow-ups. Even now the infotainment system is not working properly despite getting it checked multiple time.
Constant noise from Sunroof. Visited * times for this issue and every time they took *-* days to get it resolved but nothing happened and finally they changed the roof top too.
Co-driver door didn’t close properly, sometimes push button behaves weirdly and it didn’t switch off as per the general function and we need to push it multiple time to lock the car.
Steering Wheel start vibrating post *** Speed on highways.
Tyre Pressure warning malfunctioning keep alarming and then stop.
Sometimes Car didn't start and shows key out of range error even though key is near to steering wheel.
All of the sudden the Driver Seat belt lock stopped working which is a serious threat for driver. Got it changed at the dealership.
From the day, I bought this car I have been chasing Tata Motors via email, their service centre for repair of the faults. It is really a matter of concern that despite buying the highest variant of Safari Car from Tata Motors, I have been stuck in to a endless Harassment loop and TATA MOTORS is not bothered about this.
