- Faulty system of Groww India Open
I am a regular user of the Groww app and doing my investment using their platform for more than *y now.
As part of my Investment, I was holding a MF scheme of Rs *L from one of the named fund houses of India & GROWW platform does provide an option to switch to another scheme of the same fund house.
When there was a dip in the market I followed this service to avail some gain and broke my initial investment of Rs.*L to **K and invested remaining **K to another scheme.
As per GROWW when you invest the money applicable NAV is of same day if order was placed before cutoff time. Thus keeping this in mind I broke my investment around **:**am and invested **K to other scheme and in return I received a message from GROWW that your order is in-progress and will be progress in next *-* days. With a comment "Don't worry, the NAV applicable will be as on today's date i.e. **-sept-****.
However, they progressed my order on **-sept-**** and applied NAV is of **-Sept-**** due to which I was allotted fewer units from the mutual fund scheme as it was supposed to be more if it was processed on time on **-sept-****.
On reporting this to the customer support of GROWW they are not responding well and beating around the bushes with no meaningful resolution yet.
I request you to kindly look into this matter, if its a failure from their product/system why should a consumer bear the loss.
