Haier - Faulty refrigerator

I bought a refrigerator from haier in the month of december ****, within a month we started facing issues, it stopped cooling and after numerous attempts and one month of us not able to use the refrigerator and food and milk getting rotten everyday, service engineer visited and fixed it and within * days it went back to same no cooling condition. Within the * months of purchase we have not even been able to use the refrigerator for * months. So many calls and so many service request and still no resolution and they won't replace the product as well. Total waste of time and so much mental stress. And its covid lockdown days and in this summer how can a family survive without a working refrigerator which we have spent thousands for. Hope this will be fixed.
