We had ordered * products from Rentomojo, a single dor fridge, a water purifier and a top load washing machine. The products were all delivered on different dates and that was fine, but the fridge that was delivered was faulty. It had no legs at the behind. After applying for a replacement, there were no communications from Rentomojo for months. I kept calling them * - * times every month, but they kept saying someone from the team will get back, but NO ONE gets back. Now it's over * months.
