When I received I was non branded power bank, different color not match as shown in add, immediate i go on site where everything available about easy return.
After so many tried I search smart gazes contact us option, by so many mail as per their explanation with product photo I was mail on it within time frame **hrs .
So many chat massages i sent on it but from mail, from chat no any reply then i oppen goggal and see about SMARTGAZES fraud, many customer suffered and suffering .
I mail with tracking order detail+ parcel box photo+on line they shown add to convience and develop trust of consumer , screen photo still no reply at all
