I am sudanthirarajan from Pavitra Areca Leaf Plate Manufacture vellore Tamilnadu.and the company registered msme in my wife name.
We sourced Areca Leaf Plate making machine from alpha engineering coimbatore year of ****. And machine not yet commissioned properly due to machine frame design issues. Serval times alpha engineering technician and owner of the company vistitted our factory to resolve the issue. But unfortunately they unable to fix. And each other blamed and finally alpha engineering agreed to replace the faulty machine frame and dies. The agreed terms for machine frame replacement month of November ****.but still not yet fixed our machine issues. They not responding our calls.
