I bought cycle from Cycle World Peenya

> Hefty priced cycle sold stating its lightweight kid-friendly, sturdy and what not.
> Day one, after receiving it, my son *.* year old, could hardly peddle it, reason being, they(Cycle World) had not even bothered to blow air into tyres.
> Day*, the cycle nuts and bolts fall off.
> The cycle doesnt fit into * wheeler, and I need to make use of a * wheeler to take it to cycle showroom, since touching it would probably skew other parts.
> The servicing is done and then the mud guards start going across and fall. Their own senior technician suggests taking off the mudguard since it keeps falling off , and he can only fix it repeatedly but cant fix the problem, this is how cycle is built.
Its a pain to think I order a whole cycle and need to take off part by part since its cosmetic and not functional
> There are caps attached for the nuts/bolts in wheel, they are also cosmetic and fall off, just like that. Infact there were * of them , * on each wheel. My son used the cyle for a few hours, * were off. I left it for servicing , another one is off.
> The seller, Cycle World tells me to keep getting cycle whenever there are issues, and they will fix it.This is a temporary job and I cant imaging driving across NH and moving in car *km just to fix it everytime.

> I am now afraid that one day , the cycle might split as well, since the bolts and nuts itself dont stay on cycle , and my son might break his bones.
> The Cycle World showroom is unwilling to take back the faulty cycle stating it has been used on road. I can test ride or ask my son to ride cycle at home. They should have given a working cycle to avoid inconviniences.
> The owner Swetha, in call dated *th April after the servicing suggested that the chain was greased and cycle chain was completely black, not something that their showroom mechanics would do.
Now, I am not a mechanic, I dont grease, or bother to take it elsewhere to do that, I am unsure why she blames me for her faulty product.
