Panasonic - Faulty air conditioner

I had purchased a Panasonic split air conditioner from a dealer great eastern company Vaishali Nagar Jaipur on *th April **** priced *****/-. After installation ac works fine for *-**days but after that, it started blowing hot air. I made a complaint at customer care vide complaint number r************ on **th April. But nobody from Panasonic services dept has come to see. I had made several calls after that to customer care but no use. Finally, I call a mechanic from outside to check the fault. He told me there is a gas leakage issue. So I asked him to fill the gas and pay him ****/- for the same. Then again ac started blowing fine but again after *-* days it started blowing hot air. I again complain to Panasonic customer care but no one comes to check. Again I call another outside mechanic and pay him ****/- for gas fill and labour charges. But the problem started again and no one from Panasonic came to see. Even I called Mr Ankur and Mr Kapil Mathur (service in charge Jaipur) but nobody picked nor answered my SMS. Finally, in the month of June, I took the help of social media and started tweeting my issue on twitter. So in pressure, Panasonic had sent some mechanic to check ac on **th June, he told me that air conditioner had some internal gas leakage issue and some part is faulty which needs replacement. But I insisted them to replace the entire indoor machine as it's in the warranty period. After that, I had made numerous calls, follow-ups and number of tweets for timely replacement of ac but the same has been replaced on *th or *th July. This company and especially the local Jaipur staff is highly irresponsible. Customer service is nothing for them. I had purchased this ac for my children to protect them from the heat but the faulty product and pathetic services took away my and my family mental peace. I am demanding suitable compensation from Panasonic for my mental harassment, loss of my valuable time, my expenses incurred, my family mental harassment. Plus a strong verdict against such companies and staff.
