Balaji Enterprises - Faulty ac sold

I have purchased the following articles from M/s BALAJI ENTERPRISES” (GSTN no: **AATFB****A*ZE) situated at Brijesh Nagar, Paper Mill Road, Saharanpur -****** (Uttar Pradesh) on **.**.****

At the time of sale, the borrower has sold me company *nd product without my knowledge and none of them worked after installation. I complain to Lloyd customer care and the Lloyd engineer found in his visit that
A. With *st AC outdoor unit PCB is faulty/not working.
b. With *nd AC indoor unit is broken inside and not working.
c. *rd AC unit was not cooling due to faulty installation.
Somehow we get our two AC repaired on our own expenses and *rd ac unit was damaged from inside which does not cover by Lloyd service and since then I am requesting the dealer to replace the unit or refund me my money but nothing happening. Now I want a refund as follows
(i) Rs. ***** – One * Star inverter AC
(ii) Rs. **** – Installation charges
